What is the Function of Laser Marking Machine?
Laser marking machine use laser as heat source, to make words or photos on the surface of materials. It is widely use to make customized product for small or large quantity, such as U-disk, toy, ring, stamp, mouse, keyboard, cup, etc.
Notice:Marking machine can only mark with fixed focus length, which means only flat surface is applicable. For round object such as ring and cup, we need add a rotary as accessory. In this case, Please contact us for more suggestions.

| Notice: M102 marking is more delicate compared with RC1001. RFL-20QS/RFL-P30QS use Chinese components, 2 years warranty. RFL-P20QE/RFL-P30Q/RFL-50QB use imported components, 3 years warranty. RF CO2 laser can mark on wood, while fiber laser can't mark on wood. RF CO2 laser can mark on wood and plastic. Fiber laser can mark on metal and plastic. | |||||
Q1: How can I choose the best machine for me?
You can tell us your working material, detail work by picture or video so that we can judge whether our machine can meet your need or not. Then we can give you the best model depends on our experience.
Q2: Is it easy to operate for Green user?
We will send you manual and guide video in English, it can teach you how to operate the machine. If you still cannot learn how to use it, we can help you by "Team viewer" online help software. Or we can talk by phone, email or other contact ways.
Q3: Is the machine safe to operate?
Yes, the laser is completely safe to operate. We-Itech Laser machines offer so many safe system, like leakage proof socket, emergency stop button ,water alarm, red dot focus.
Q4: What's the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down?
The machine has three year guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, according to client s feedback. Parts except for consumable parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality problem under "normal use". .
Q5: How's the payment? How long is the delivery time?
Telegraphic Transfer(T/T) to our official company bank account or Western Union(WU)
For standard machines, it would be 5-10days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to client s specific requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.
Q6: Do You Arrange Shipment For The Machines?
Yes, we could use door to door express ,air plane way to your air port and sea shipping way to your sea port.

Q7: How about the documents after shipment?
