Introduction (What's the 3d UV laser ?)
USCAM 3D dynamic violet marking machine belongs to the series of laser marking machines, but it is developed with a 355mm
ultraviolet laser. Compared with the infrared laser, the machine adopts the intracavity frequency doubling technology. The mechanical
deformation of the material is greatly reduced and the thermal influence of processing is small. Because it is mainly used for ultra-fine
marking and engraving, it is especially suitable for food and pharmaceutical packaging materials to meet standards, micro-holes,
high-speed division of glass materials and silicon wafers. Complex graphics cutting and other applications.
USCAM 3d laser adopts imported core components, equipped with high-speed, high-precision FEELTEK3D galvanometer and special
software and control system, which can better realize the fine processing of any curved workpiece without defocusing phenomenon;
it can also track the focus of deep engraving in real time, so as to improve the processing efficiency. And the quality is better than the
